Hi there everyone! I was very excited about this duet, and even when I'm not a big fan of cliffhangers I couldn't wait to read Sutton's story, so I jumped at the chance to read the first installment of The Wright Love Duet. Thinking this book would end in a cliffhanger was an easy bet, what wasn't that easy was to predict all the emotions I could feel while reading it. Now I can't wait for you to know Sutton and David story.

My review:
When Sutton started to tell her story in this book, I actually felt her sorrow, her lost and how confused she was. The way the author describes how she was dealing with her husband's death was so vivid and so realistic that is impossible to read and not to empathize with her. From that moment on, the story became a roller coaster of emotions and sensations. Sutton is a single mom and a widow trying to find herself, learning to trust, to let herself go and wondering if she'll be able to love again.
David, for the other side, is broken in his own way. He's been attracted with Sutton for over a year, even though he doesn't act on it. He's been giving her space, but also trying to be there for here as a support and as a friend. Everything about him seems to be easy, until it isn't. David has a secret that may change everything he's been working for, so he keeps his distance. Until a night when everything changes.
The chemistry between these characters is impressive. You know is something going on between David and Sutton from the start, something beautiful but building itself slowly, and once they throw caution to the wind the chemistry became passion, and that passion became explosive.
I don't want to share many details about the story to avoid spoilers, but there's a couple of things that I can say: There's more Jensen, Landon, Austin and Morgan, Sutton's siblings we've meet and love before, so you can see how are they doing. There are secrets, and tension and a fantastic story waiting for you to enjoy it, and also a wicked cliffhanger that let me asking for more!! ASAP!!
It's always a pleasure to read K.A. Linde's books, and of course, about the Wright family, and this time wasn't different. I had an amazing time with THE WRIGHT LOVE and I can't wait for the next installment in this duet to be released.
About the author:

She has a Masters degree in political science from the University of Georgia, was the head campaign worker for the 2012 presidential campaign at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and served as the head coach of the Duke University dance team. She loves reading fantasy novels, geeking out over Star Wars, binge-watching Supernatural, and dancing in her spare time.
She currently lives in Lubbock, Texas, with her husband and two super adorable puppies.
