One of the things that I loved the most about
this book, besides the sweetness and hilarity of its prose, was how the author
managed to project the male points of view about friendship, relationships and
love. With the fun and light stile Meghan Quinn has us accustomed, she share a
story about a broken man who doesn’t feel worthy of love, and the girl he met
under unconventional circumstances. A phone’s swap after a fight in a hot dog
joint, an epic battle through text messages and the most infuriating man alive
marks the start of a story like any other. The connection between the lead
characters is powerful. Even when they make their best to fight the attraction,
faith keep bringing them together. Destiny, coincidence… call it what you want.
