#CoverReveal HOTTER THAN EVER by Elle Kennedy

One of my favorite authors is reissuing her series OUT OF UNIFORM. Sexy, tantalizing and romantic stories, with brand new covers! The upcoming title in this series is HOTTER THAN EVER, and God if it's not a hot cover.

Take a look!

A sexy standalone novel from New York Times and international bestselling author Elle Kennedy!

Three is most definitely not a crowd…

Claire McKinley has just experienced every bride’s nightmare: the groom is a no-show, and now she must face five hundred guests alone. Furious and humiliated, she seeks help from the most unlikely candidate—her almost-brother-in-law, who promptly whisks her away to his apartment in San Diego, where she can recover her pride in peace and quiet.

Dylan Wade is no fan of Claire’s, but he can’t ignore the jilted bride in her time of need. Bringing her home seems like a good idea—until he remembers his new roommate. Dylan’s relationship with Aidan Rhodes is…complicated. And with Claire thrown into the mix, life becomes even more…complicated.

Claire is blindsided by her attraction not only to Dylan, but also to Aidan, a man she’s just met. Soon they’re caught up in an all-consuming sexual storm they can’t fight even if they wanted to. But when their hearts get involved, Claire wonders if it can last, or if she’s just setting herself up for more heartache.

Warning: This book is very dirty. Ménage a trois and man-on-man dirty. Graphic language and explicit sex dirty. Basically? Dirty. You’ve been warned.

Release date: Feb, 26.

Blurb

He’s the bad boy quarterback of Boston University's football team. As the son of a former NFL player, he’s showered with attention and praise twenty-four-seven. One flash of his smile and all the girls fall at his feet - or should I say to their knees?

And then there’s me.

Brady Lincoln is the last person I want attention from. He’s the kind of guy my father warned me about. His play on the field is legendary and his play with the ladies, even more so. I’ve managed to stay off his radar until recently.

What happens when the cocky quarterback breaks all the rules to win my heart?

ADD TO GOODREADS

My Review

Since the first book I'd read from this author (a romantic suspense novel) to Penalty (a sports romance), I've seen how Jacob's narration has evolved. This time we have a light-hearted story, fresh and funny, with insta love and lots of sexy moments.

There's certain poetry about the way Jacob Chance describe his characters. He's always careful to feature every single detail about them, how they look, how they feel, and that's great because you, as reader, can relate with the characters and have an intimacy with them, as if you know them.

I loved both Brady and Harlow. Brady is a talented football player, he seems to be an arrogant man, but deep down he is sweet and romantic. Harlow is a smart and funny girl, she's also an introverted person, so she's not used to have lots of interactions with the opposite sex. They have a strong sexual chemistry, but they took their time getting to know each other before "closing the deal". And when it happens, it's explosive!

And, loyal to his style, the author spiced up the things in Penality with a unexpected plot twist.

Hope you can give this book a try, I'm pretty sure you will enjoy it!

Collision (Serial Killer Unit Book 2)

“Shane, you can’t see the future. You are human. We all know the risks of being in this line of work but we also know the rewards that come with it. Shane what we do, what you do is amazing. We protect those who can’t protect themselves and sometime Shane we are going to get hurt and sometimes we lose people but the important part to remember is that we win Shane, we get to see how this ends, we get to end it.”

Shane looked deep in to my eyes and let out a sigh, “How do you do it baby? How do you live through what you lived through and still see hope? How is it that you can look at the world and see so much and hope? And not only do you see hope but you spread it baby. You make me believe that there is a better tomorrow and that the world isn’t just shit. You are my light darlin.”

I couldn’t help the tear that fell down my cheek. I know Shane thought I was his light but he was mine and he was the one that showed me that the world can be a beautiful place. He is the one that showed me what love is, he showed me a world that I didn’t think existed.

“You know more and do more than you think Shane. You don’t even see how truly amazing and perfect you are.” I leaned over and kissed him gently on the lips, forgetting about my banged-up face. I flinched when Shane put his forehead on mine, I tried to hide it because I knew he needed this closeness but he saw right through.

“Shit baby I’m sorry. Let me take a look.” Shane inspected my face and made a growling sound from deep in his throat. His eyes filled with so much anger, I could feel it coming off him in waves. I placed my hands on his.

From New York Times Bestseller, Corinne Michaels, comes a new second chance standalone romance.

I spent twenty years waiting for Trent Hennington to open his eyes and see me. But it was all for nothing. He chose to keep himself guarded and let me walk away, proving that my time and efforts were wasted.
