#Review Say You'll Stay by Corinne Michaels

"Say You'll stay" is one of those books that you read and never forget. With an heartbreaking starter, Corinne Michael shows us the story of Presley, a woman who lost everything in the blink of an eye and now she has to rebuild her life even if she doesn't know how to do it.

This novel is a beautiful second chance romance, with the perfect blend of angsty, intense, hot and emotional moments. The way the author built the characters, revealing things page by page, was captivating. The fine layer of humour surrounding the novel, besides the deep feels, was an amazing combination and I'm pretty sure you will enjoy it. This book was sexy and romantic (also funny), and I loved it.

Presley was an impressive character. I trully admire her strength and her spirit. She must go back to her hometown, that place she'd been avoiding going back home for almost two decades. But she has no choice. Also she hadn't idea that her past was right there waiting for her. Everything about that town reminded her of the boy she'd loved in her childhood, and who'd ripped out her heart when he left her.

She was broken again, but she was willing to make things better for her kids. She was putting herself in stand-by as a woman, to be just a mom. But that chapter of her past that wasn't totally forgotten, is back in town and he wants her back. And Presley didn't count on the chemistry between them being stronger than ever. I loved reading that moment when the characters reconnect. It's magical! It wasn't "instant Iove" but certainly something was in the air. They belonged to each other, that was undeniable.

I'm grateful with the author for letting me read this book. There's to many things to say about it but I want you to enjoy the ride as much as I did. Corinne Michaels is an author who stole my heart with this novel, and I'm willing to read more about her.
