My Review:
One of the most exciting things about reading a new author is embrace a story without expectations, and that happened with Cara Chance and her debut novel. Her narration was prolix and detailed, and the development of the characters surprised me in a very good way.
Sold to my Father's friend was a quick read that takes you on an emotional ride from the begining. It was filled with steamy scenes between Angelique and Jace, while they were exploring their feelings through a relationship based on the submission and the domination. Also there's continuos references to The Beauty and The Beast (I think it was pretty apropiate, btw).
Even though it was a short novel, it has everything. Hope to read more books from this author in the near future.
