Have you ever wanted to read a book so much and then, when you were actually reading it, didn’t want the book to end? Well, that happened to me.
House of Scarlett is fast paced and addictive. I know I said the first book was good, but this one? This one is AWESOME! (Yes, with the capital letters and all). The Fall of Legend was steamy and a little bit crazy, and at the end it left me open-mouthed with that wicked cliffhanger. Then I received House of Scarlett and started to read it right away.
(I may, or may not, have reread Legend to get “in the zone”).
House of Scarlett got me turning pages like crazy even when I tried to slow down a bit to make it last (yup, that’s what he said). I thought Gabe and Scarlett’s chemistry was insane in the first book, but as the story progressed it turned explosive. Things got a hotter and better, and then the book ended and now I need more.
And in case you were wondering... yes, I found another cliffhanger.
At this point you may have notice I’m madly in love with these characters and with the author's writing, and that can’t wait to see what Meghan has under her sleeve for then in the next book.
Side note: The teasers are as AWESOME as the book.
