Kaleidoscope Hearts (HEARTS #1)

He was my older brother's best friend. He was never supposed to be mine.

I thought we would get it out of our system and move on.

One of us did. One of us left.

Now he's back, looking at me like he wants to devour me. And all those feelings I'd turned into anger are brewing into something else, something that terrifies me.

He broke my heart last time. This time he'll obliterate it.

This is the story of Estelle. She is an artist, a very sensitive person who is recovering from a tragic experience. Her fiancé died and her family encouraged her to move on with her life. But there are things hard to leave behind.

When Estelle moved to the house of his brother, Victor, fate reunites her with Oliver -the first person to whom gave her heart. But things between them will not be easy, because Oliver is the best friend of Victor.

Through the pages of this book we travel to the past to know the details behind the story of Oliver and Estelle, we accompanied this girl on her journey of recovery, and we learn that with the pieces of a broken heart you can build something beautiful.

I must confess that I adored this story. At times you could see me crying on my kindle -this happened in my office, but also laughed and sighed, and fell in love with the characters. It is a beautiful story about second chances that you can not miss.

Paper Hearts (HEARTS #2)

I lost her.

No. I threw her away.
She was my best friend.

I was never supposed to fall in love with her.
I was careless.
She was heartbroken.

I thought I was doing fine. But here she is, years later, forced to work with me, reminding me why I fell in love with her in the first place.
And this time I'm going to do everything in my power to never let her go.

In the first book we met some of the Estelle and Oliver friends. Mia and Jensen are part of that group and they have a story.

In the first book we met some of the Estelle and Oliver friends. Mia and Jensen are part of that group and they have a story. Nobody but them knows what happened, why they're not together anymore, but in this book you will discover it.

I'm madly in love with this one. Jensen is one of my favorite characters so far. I was thinking that he's the typical boy, the carefree guy who come and go without worries, but I was wrong. He have a golden heart. welL... a paper heart. He's a writer and his weekly column is the funniest, sweetest thing ever.

When Mia moves to New York to attend her new job, they will have the chance to mend the mistakes and misunderstandings -or send their story to the trash can.

Elastic Hearts (HEARTS #3)

Victor Reuben.

Most sought out divorce attorney in LA.

Nicole Alessi.
Soon to be ex-wife of Hollywood's biggest star, Victor’s latest client and his boss's daughter.

In such a high profile divorce, they can't afford any extra drama. Luckily, neither one of them has anything to hide.
Unless you count the mind blowing sex they had…
Once…
Twice…
Three times all those years ago.

As long as they leave the past where it belongs, they’ll be fine. But with her wearing those tight dresses and him giving her those heated glances, keeping their hands to themselves is proving to be more difficult than either one of them realized.

It won't be long before the paparazzi start to smell smoke, and where there's smoke...

We met Victor in Kaleidoscope Hearts. He's Estelle's brother and friend with Oliver and Jensen. Victor's story is a mystery until now, he is very private with his love life -well, he's a kind of player-, also he have a very serious relationship with his work. Nobody knows about this lost chapter in his life called Nicole. And now she's back on the picture, requesting Victor services as attorney.

I enjoyed this book so much, there's a lot of fun, suspense and intrigue. And the final chapters are GOLD. If you're a GOT fan you will smile in some points.

I started reading this series because of a writer that I'm following. She made some giveaways in her page and Kaleidoscope Hearts was one of the prices (I won that book).

I waited until the entire serie were in my kindle to read it, and I'm pretty grateful for discover this wonderful author and books. I enjoyed her writing style, no matter if she is writing from a male or female POV. Her character are real, human, they make mistakes and learn from it. I saw them grow through the pages, and I loved it. Can't wait to read a new book by Claire Contreras.
